Kris Fleming is the principal and CEO of Harbor 360 Title, a title company built on integrity and customer service excellence. Kris is deeply committed to providing exceptional title and escrow services and uplifting and empowering the community she serves.
In addition to her 25+ years of Human Resources executive experience, Kris has been a commercial and residential real estate investor, which has fostered a comprehensive, quick and solid understanding of the key fundamentals and intricate details involved with all kinds of closing transactions. She knows that the process of purchasing a home can sometimes be complex and uneasy. Driven by helping people with honesty, transparency, and respect for every client, Kris founded Harbor 360 title, to offer a trustworthy experience with every transaction. Kris prioritizes relationships over transactions, seeking to serve clients with kindness, understanding, and excellent communication throughout the process.
Kris is proud to represent both Hispanic Heritage, and Women Leadership. She is an international published best-selling author who actively mentors women and minority entrepreneurs, encouraging them to pursue their career and investment dreams and make an impact in their communities.
As a Campaign Director, Kris was instrumental in helping the first Hispanic Woman win a town vote for a seat at the table, this campaign focused on legislation to improve housing programs for the elderly and young leaders in her community.
Kris is a board trustee for Inspirame Latina, a women empowerment non-profit foundation with a focus on connection, leadership, healing, education, and visibility. She also serves as a board of trustee for The Berkeley Nursing Home, and is on an advisory board at Northern Essex Community College.
Kris has a passion for photography and travel. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Jack and Brandi. They spend precious time at their vacation home in the New Hampshire Lakes Region. Kris is a woman of strong character, a loving mother and role model for her three (3) daughters.
